photoblog while i get busy with Le New house

Checked out StarVista (new shopping mall at Buona Vista) with bbbb after work on a rainy Wednesday

Took a perfect shot of my boyfriend and in return....

We walked around hunting for a dinner destination and i must say the place is majorly underused considering how each shops are allocated a huge area of land but only 50% of the space are used to placed items for sales?

Dinner was at a restaurant we both adore, the place reminds anyone of a burger shack by the beach during summer  in the western country ... 

So we chatted over simple fare - Lobster sandwich, lobster soup to share and a mash tin of fried seafood everything!   its a pretty short dinner meetup with bbbb, as we do not practice meetups on weekdays, usually weekends.. its a bonus =) but one we try not to take advantage of... i reached home before 9pm that day.. ready to hit the sack for work tomorrow.. 

one a random Wednesday...

Decided to put my knowledge acquire Pinterest (probably my most sought after application on Iphone ever since my "apple" period).... 

Bought crafty material off Artfriend with the help of my sister & bbbb... and smart-alec Kristal assume she was too clever for a revision... 

Mod Podge- the known super friendly glue every crafter had praises for.. and i secured a bottle heehee.. 

Silly looking sponger roller bbbb convince i would need to spread the glue... looks like a toy shaver if u ask me.. 

Random Narcissist pic of myself printed in Black/White using laser printed to be "transferred" onto the canvas (at which i failed badly on my first attempt.. read on.. )

All the material one will need to do a project even a kid excel (BUT I FAIL ... CRY!!!!)

... the lead here is... 

The Canvas- i picked out the smallest flat canvas i can find off Art Friend as it was my first attempt and i "suspected" i might fail (which i did... haix).... cost me $0.80 per piece.. 

Let's Begin to demostrate how i FAILED my first attempt  (next post i will proudly show off my successful one.. )

Apply Mod Podge glue onto the canvas generously... 

Spread the Mod Podge glue onto every corner of the canvas evenly...  i did so with my toy shaver.. .

Next up... paste the printed pic onto the canvas.. 

MY STUPID MISTAKE == PLEASE for God Sakes be smarter and place the coloured image downwards (who the hell besides brainless Kristal assume the ink will seep thru the paper with the magical glue and onto the canvas)

The next CORRECT step will be to let it rest about 10 min.. then apply water onto the printed paper, making it wet.. den rubbing it (tear/rub/peel/just remove) off the canvas, leaving only the printed ink on the canvas  

(in another words, the paper is reduce to pulp.. the print is tranferred onto the canvas thanks to the magical Mod Podge glue... that is.. unless you are an idiot like i am  (i am a idiot, i am a idiot.. i am a idiot.. ).. and you shall end up with your end product looking like 

heehee.. u think life is like a Gmarket right? --> add to sHopping cart --> proceed to payment --> perfect

WRONG!!

On another random Saturday

some thunder and lightning brought bbbb's family and i into Relish at Serangoon Garden instead of our initial plan to dine at Arbite (thanks for over crowding situation at Singapore... and good adverstisement.. )  ... we were advise to seek brunch elsewhere by the staff... so we did.. to a better location =)

All of them looking fantastically good except for me... for i woke up in rash that ruin most of my day... if not for bbbbb's offer to take me shopping =)))

didn't even put on make up.. see how jialat my rash must have been.. 

seeking amusement by irritating bbbbb... my hobby

see... my irritation works... 

we order all the brunches available on the menu (which was actually just 4).. 

Favourite has to be Egg Benedict.. endless goodness that didnt feel too "mehhhh" after a couple of bites.. The Sauteed mushroom off bbb's mum plate was delicious too.. but her portion of egg was overempowering... none of us wanted a bite of it at the end of our meal.. and there were more than half left.. 

Then Fat Arm Kristal ordered Dessert.. a slice of Milo-Horlick Cake to share.. 

Really good stuff.. but REMEMBER to share.. try eating one slice by yourself.. #IMPOSSIBRU

Then after the meal... bbbb and i head out to shop and meetup with bbbbb's buddy (also his stand in girlfriend/soccer buddy/ fight movie kaki/dinner without gf kaki/ everything i am not)..

they turn up onsame polo, same berms, almost same bag.... urgh.. i was their lightbub....

(oh.. u notice i change my clothes? yes.. becuse i look stupid and ugly in the previous outfit and you can see my FATS on the picture we took at Relish.. so i was too disgusted to be seen in the same attiire.. ).. that set of outfit has since been #BANNED

but you know.. i cannot sit still (i know. i might have some illness on my buttock that needs some opinion)

so while the ladies sat on the opposite end making their food selection

i made faces////  YES YES.. SORRY I KNOW... SORRY!!!!!!!!!

but you see, i did not ka-jiao the waiter.. i treat him with respect ok (except maybe for acting like a idiot pointing at my selection with fat fingers.. 

Bitch... real name Bitch.. we started calling each other Bitch since it was cool back when we were fourteen.. it still sounded sooooo familiar like it was her REAL name (i love you Bitch!)

And not too long after.. Imma ladies got my crazy germs.. it spreaded pretty fast... They stole my camer (bitch stole me camera.. and this morning i loaded the pictures and found this... )

So the waiter needed some peace.. and he had no choice but to shut us up with food... first came... Bitch's Avocado Pasta

Then Besties's Tempura Prawn Curry Omelette Rice

Split seconds later... Imma fish & chip came too..

i HONESTLY think we shut up for a good five minutes.. than i got bored of not talking .. and gibberish begins.. 

see! Intense right?!~! i'll make a good President speech some day.. haha

Bitch got bored (i hate that girl).. she completely ignored my speech (thank you Besties!!!! u still listen.. u still do!!!~ )

She took a close capture of her nostril, & eye bags... seems like she got influence by my speech ( i was going on about wax, diet, and beauty.. blah blah)
